We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to our Documentation Team!

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our Documentation team as a Documentation Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our financial transactions are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

As a Documentation Specialist, you will:

  • Be the Quality Gatekeeper: Review signed agreements with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring every document aligns with our policies and standards.

  • Secure the Deal: Prepare and file UCCs through ILien to protect our interests and ensure smooth funding.

  • Crunch the Numbers: Apply your financial savvy to calculate taxes, residuals, and payment structures with precision.

  • Drive the Process: Accurately input data and initiate invoicing through our origination platform.

  • Solve & Support: Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve documentation issues and keep deals moving forward.

  • Adapt on the Fly: Restructure contracts when needed - whether it’s equipment swaps, tax updates, or payment changes.

  • Own Your Workflow: Make independent decisions that keep transactions flowing and customers happy.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s in Business or related field preferred.

  • Experience in finance or leasing is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Infolease, Onbase, or similar platforms is a bonus.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule & Expectations

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

  • Overtime on the last business day of the month is an expectation to ensure our customers success
