What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)
- Deliver thorough, evidence-based preventive care: periodontal assessments, SRP as indicated, prophy, fluoride, sealants, patient education
- Build meaningful patient relationships—reduce anxiety, listen well, and tailor care to individual goals
- Partner closely with the doctor and team to create consistent, high-quality patient experiences
- Accurately document clinical findings and treatment notes
- Support a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and kindness
What we’re looking for
Required
- Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-centered style
- Commitment to infection control and clinical best practices
Preferred
- Experience with periodontal therapy and patient coaching/motivational interviewing
- Familiarity with Open Dental Software (we’ll train the right person)
