What you’ll do (Essential Responsibilities)

• Deliver thorough, evidence-based preventive care: periodontal assessments, SRP as indicated, prophy, fluoride, sealants, patient education
• Build meaningful patient relationships—reduce anxiety, listen well, and tailor care to individual goals
• Partner closely with the doctor and team to create consistent, high-quality patient experiences
• Accurately document clinical findings and treatment notes
• Support a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and kindness

What we’re looking for

Required

• Active Wisconsin RDH license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and a warm, patient-centered style
• Commitment to infection control and clinical best practices

Preferred

• Experience with periodontal therapy and patient coaching/motivational interviewing
• Familiarity with Open Dental Software (we’ll train the right person)

Schedule

• Part-time (specific days/hours to be determined with the right candidate)
