Welder – 1st Shift (4-Day Workweek)
Cedarburg, WI

Looking for stable hours and a long weekend most weeks?
ATACO Steel Products Corp is hiring Welders to join our manufacturing team.

Pay:
 $21 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
+ attendance bonus + Company gainsharing

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Enjoy a 3-day weekend most weeks
Occasional Friday overtime (up to two Fridays per month)

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on metal components
• Work with fixtures and jigs to position parts
• Read weld prints and follow specifications
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards

You may also have opportunities to work with TIG welding or robotic welding depending on skills and production needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read weld prints or blueprints
• Comfortable working with welding equipment and tools
• Able to handle physical work in a manufacturing environment
