We're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our Facilities team. What You'll Do

Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and controls-related issues
Complete inspections and maintain accurate service documentation
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service
Work closely with a supportive maintenance team to keep campus facilities operating efficiently

What We're Looking For

3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
EPA Universal (Section 608) Certification
Experience with Building Automation/Controls (BAS) is a plus
Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to quality workmanship
