About the Role:

The Receptionist in our Health Care Services facility serves as the vital first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role is essential in managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately, and handling inquiries with exceptional phone etiquette. The Receptionist is responsible for performing general administrative duties that support the smooth operation of the front office, including managing appointment schedules and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves greeting clients warmly and assisting them with check-in procedures, thereby enhancing their overall experience. Ultimately, the Receptionist contributes significantly to the organization’s reputation by providing reliable, courteous, and efficient service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience handling multi-line phone systems in a professional setting.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
