What You'll Do
- Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment.
- Install and replace pool equipment as needed.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical pool systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and accurately.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of swimming pool service experience
- Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to work occasional overtime and Saturdays during peak season
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL)
- Experience repairing pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other swimming pool equipment
