What You'll Do

• Travel to customers' homes to diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment.
• Install and replace pool equipment as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical pool systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of swimming pool service experience
• Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and Saturdays during peak season
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL)
• Experience repairing pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other swimming pool equipment
