Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate and assist the preparing and unloading of orders for motor freight, UPS service and customer pickup as required in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensuring department members follow all safety requirements and keeping area neat and orderly.
Ensuring and Coordinating completion of all required inventory transactions through the pod including pick, pack process in ES, Load Builder (Plus), as required.
Coordinate and provide inventory of all shipping supplies (skids, gaylords, banding, film) and any other needed or required supplies for Shipping & Receiving.
Providing and ensuring accuracy of all related shipping documents to be provided to Customer Service including but not limited to pick tickets, and bill of lading.
Understand proper weights and distribution for each load and ensure compliance.
Assist the Distribution Manager with organizing and prioritizing the picking, staging, and loading of customer orders.
Supervise the DC floor processes as assigned.
Supervise the work of the DC personnel as assigned.
All other duties as assigned by supervisor
