HPM is a federal contractor. Employees must have legal authorization to work in the US and be able to pass background checks for sensitive and security clearance sites. This position is based out of our Englewood, CO headquarters. Projects range across the Denver metro area, across the front range, and throughout the US. Pay: depends on position and experience, but hourly pay ranges from $25.00 – 45.00/hour QualificationsEducation and Certification Requirements: OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 strongly preferred MSHA certification or the ability to obtain certification may be required Valid, unexpired work authorization. HPM does not sponsor visas. Other certifications may be required, depending on role and project Basic Requirements: Must be over the age of 18 to apply. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record is required, as per company standards. Complete tasks within designated deadlines during standard operating hours and be available for overtime and weekend work as necessary. Work safely and efficiently, adhering to both oral and written instructions, including safety protocols, equipment guidelines, and company policies. Ability to work with tools, heavy equipment as appropriate for the position. Sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
