Essential Functions:
- New build project scheduling, rescheduling, and dispatching.
- Monitor and track customer updates to include PO generation approvals, and closeouts in CRMs/ERPs.
- Ensure technician time off and holidays are blocked off in internal system.
- Create and update Points of Contact (POC) Tracker.
- Answer service and billing calls.
- Bill and invoice for new construction projects.
- Follow up with new construction customers to resolve outstanding invoices.
- Learn details of the radon mitigation industry, including the ability to discuss in detail how systems are designed, priced, installed and serviced.
- Complete outbound follow-up customer calls.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 1+ years of scheduling experience in a construction environment.
- 1+ years of phone-based customer service and/or sales experience.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pro-active and self-motivated to prioritize tasks and execute accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to learn new products and services and effectively communicate them to customers
Compensation:
- Company$25.00hr
- Full time / Mon - Fri
- Onsite in our Centennial, CO office (this is NOT a remote position)
