Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks which require application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks.
- Size and specify equipment and instrumentation for existing and proposed oil and gas facilities.
- Assist with creating layout and design, Design Basis, PFDs, P&IDs, stream summary and line list for multi-well facilities.
- Improve existing design to ensure safety, operability, and environmental compliance.
- Develop block flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and piping and instrumentation diagrams.
- Develop engineering standards and perform process engineering consulting for upstream, midstream, downstream oil and gas clients.
- Work with clients, contractors, project managers, and engineering disciplines to ensure the project execution plan is effective, comprehensive, reasonable, and obtainable.
- Assist with process simulation models for existing and proposed oil and gas facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 0-3 years of experience in Oil & Gas Process Engineering
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected base salary range: $50,000/year - $75,000/year
