The Role: Customer Service/Respiratory Specialist

You’ll be the go-to person helping patients breathe easier—literally. From setting up life-changing CPAP devices to making sure patients feel confident and cared for, this role is perfect for someone who loves helping others, explaining how things work, and being part of a mission that matters.


 What We're Looking For

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with CPAP/sleep tech is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!

  • Great communication and people skills

  • Customer service superpowers

  • Comfort teaching others how to use medical equipment


 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Set up and explain CPAP devices like a pro (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)

  • Teach patients the “why” behind CPAP therapy and how to use it

  • Keep patients on track with their therapy goals

  • Be part of monthly team check-ins and training sessions

  • Handle phone calls, coordinate care with doctors, and support caregivers

  • Enter patient info, complete documentation, and use our POS system for sales/rentals

  • Be a key player in helping people sleep better and live healthier
