This role is ideal for electricians who thrive in hands-on, production-driven environments and have strong experience with robots, stamping presses, and industrial controls. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and controls. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and NEC code requirements. Diagnose electrical issues using meters, test equipment, and schematics. Troubleshoot and repair robots and stamping presses in a high-volume production environment. Program and teach Fanuc and/or Comau robots. Work with ladder/relay logic, DC drives, switchgear, transformers, and control panels. Maintain and repair motors, generators, batteries, and hydraulic/pneumatic control systems. Perform preventive maintenance and document all work according to company standards. Respond quickly to breakdowns in a Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. QualificationsQualifications Completion of an Industrial Electrician Apprenticeship Program. Journeyman’s Card or equivalent (minimum 8 years of industrial experience). Strong experience in automotive manufacturing preferred. Hands-on experience with robots, stamping equipment, and automated systems. Solid knowledge of NEC codes, ladder logic, and DC drives. Trade certification required.
