This role supports production efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Set up and operate transfer and progressive stamping presses Install and adjust dies and tooling as required Monitor press performance and report equipment or die issues Record and report production output and scrap during each shift Inspect incoming materials to verify correct specifications Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality Follow all safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production activities and perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in stamping or manufacturing environment Experience with press setup and die operation required Ability to operate Hi-Lo (forklift), overhead crane, and roll feeds Strong understanding of production and quality standards Work Schedule Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift Overtime and weekend work as required Work Environment Unionized manufacturing environment Fast-paced Just-In-Time (JIT) production environment Exposure to production floor conditions Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Safety and Compliance Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards Follow all plant safety procedures and report unsafe conditions Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays 401(k) plan
