This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is highly analytical, organized, and interested in developing hands-on manufacturing experience. The selected candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities. QualificationsQualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Required Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills are REQUIRED: - Pivot Tables - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP - Advanced formulas - Data analysis and reporting - Charts and dashboards - Ability to manage and analyze large data sets Excel proficiency is a critical requirement for this position. Preferred Qualifications - Internship or manufacturing experience preferred - Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus - Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement concepts - Familiarity with welding or stamping operations is a plus
