Position Overview
Aveanna Education Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who will be responsible for the delivery of quality care, according to the student's Individualized Education Plan.Â
Location: Southern Lehigh School District - Center Valley, PA
Schedule: 7:45am to 3:45pmÂ
Grades: K-12
Caseload: Within agency guidelines, includes travel time

PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
Mandated Reporter Training
- Develop and update Individualized Education Plans
- Align goals with student IEPs and team input
- Provide direct and consultative services per IEP/ITP
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress
- Ensure fidelity of implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Implement evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, PRT)
- Develop and oversee Positive Behavior Support plans
- Provide behavior crisis support as needed
- Design programs to build communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Utilize tools like PECS, AAC, and verbal behavior techniques
- Support daily living skills (toileting, dressing, feeding)
- Participate in IEP team meetings and training sessions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of teachers, therapists, and staff
- Supervise and coach BHTs, RBTs, paraprofessionals, and class aides
- Provide parent training and strategy support
- Conduct skill-based training sessions when necessary
- Collect and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data
- Maintain current written documents or electronic files, as required by the clinical team.
- Maintain daily notes and compliance documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties, as assigned
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA), in good standing with BACB
- Valid Licensed Behavior Specialist in PA
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including DTT, NET, and PRT.
- Two (2) years of experience conducting FBA’s and creating Behavior Support Plans
- Experience teaching functional communication and social skills, and implementing and creating behavior analytic programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Â
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.Â
