- Must be able to multi-task between various responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers
- Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise
- Must be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers
- Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Please note: This position is an in-office only position.
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Available Schedules
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
