Job Overview:

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting guests, answering calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the office operates efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
  • Assist various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations and prepare spaces as needed.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
  • Basic bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

  • Full Time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
