Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and customer-focused team member to join us full-time in-shop. This role is a blend of sales, customer service, and fulfillment—helping customers both in person and online while supporting our growing e-commerce operation.
You’ll be on the front lines of our business, guiding customers through parts selection, engine purchases, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Â Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiriesÂ
- Â Educate customers on automotive, diesel, and engine-related parts and servicesÂ
- Â Sell engines, performance parts, and product lines (in-store and online)Â
- Â Assist walk-in customers and provide a high-level in-person experienceÂ
- Â Pull parts from inventory and coordinate order fulfillment and shippingÂ
- Â Process and manage online orders through our Shopify storeÂ
- Â Work closely with technicians and advisors to ensure accurate recommendationsÂ
- Â Maintain organization in parts inventory and shipping areasÂ
- Â Help create a smooth customer journey from inquiry to completed saleÂ
What We’re Looking For:
- Â Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)Â
- Â Basic to intermediate automotive knowledge (diesel knowledge is a big plus)Â
-  Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate—not just sellÂ
- Â Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Â Comfortable with computers, order systems, and online platformsÂ
- Â Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitudeÂ
