Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, function, and positioning
- Supervise PTAs and collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning
- Educate staff and caregivers on restorative programs
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy (BS, Master’s, or DPT)
- Active state PT license (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-focused mindset
