Here’s what you’ll do: Be a key member of a team that delivers a world-class impression for guests. Provide exceptional customer service and assist our guests by being pleasant and helpful – “Smile, Help, Engage” is our goal with every guest. Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Make changes and issue receipts and tickets to our guests. Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.   Here’s what we’re looking for: Independent, pro-active, problem-solver. Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills. Focused, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented. Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions. Proficient with Office, web-based applications, mobile apps, smartphone technology. One year of customer service experience is required. High school degree required.
