Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Float Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience. This is an on-call traveling position in the Rogue Valley area, between our 4 locations. If you’re organized, friendly, and love working in a wellness-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism • Answer and manage incoming calls, scheduling appointments as needed • Check-in and check-out patients, collecting payments and verifying insurance • Maintain accurate patient records and update contact information • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry • Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean and presentable • Communicate effectively with the chiropractic team to support patient care

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable Transportation

• Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable using scheduling and practice management software • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment • Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
