Parts Specialist

Come join our team! Wood’s CRW Corp. is seeking a qualified Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at our Central Square, NY location. This job function is responsible for assisting in the determination of parts requirements for internal and external customers, selling parts, and providing order processing services. The successful candidate will have experience or knowledge of heavy construction equipment.

Salary Range: $25 - $27 / hour

Responsibilities Include:

- Learning the parts systems for all manufacturers represented by the dealership

- Processing parts sales in person and on the telephone

- Shipping and receiving of parts shipments

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

- Excellent customer relations skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Proficient oral and written communication skills

- Good computer and systems knowledge
