We are seeking a QC Supervisor to lead all quality control activities for a major construction project supported by an onsite portable concrete plant. This role is responsible for ensuring products consistently meet project specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards while leading quality initiatives across plant operations and construction activities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead all quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and industry standards.
  • Lead and supervise quality control personnel while coordinating concrete testing, inspection, documentation, and field quality activities.
  • Monitor concrete production and placement quality, identifying and resolving issues before they impact project performance.
  • Partner with plant operations, project teams, contractors, and customers to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality excellence.
  • Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and communicate results and recommendations to project stakeholders.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to lead quality control programs within concrete production, construction materials, or related operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, concrete testing procedures, quality standards, project specifications, and specification compliance.
  • Proven capability to investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with customers, contractors, project teams, and operational personnel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily at an onsite portable concrete plant supporting a major construction project. Conditions may include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, dust, and elevated noise levels.
  • Extended or non-standard hours may occasionally be required to support project and concrete placement schedules.
