Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Customer Service Representative professionally responds and interfaces directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring customer’s needs are met timely and accurately 
  • Handle all camera review with regards to product. 
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you'll ensure that the call center adheres to all policies and procedures specific to each location while addressing customer needs 
  • You will supply information for daily business operations and handle all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unit 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 1 plus years of general experience
