Position Responsibilities:Â
- The Customer Service Representative professionally responds and interfaces directly with inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring customer’s needs are met timely and accuratelyÂ
- Handle all camera review with regards to product.Â
- As a Customer Service Representative, you'll ensure that the call center adheres to all policies and procedures specific to each location while addressing customer needsÂ
- You will supply information for daily business operations and handle all clerical and administrative tasks required by the business unitÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience:Â
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 1 plus years of general experienceÂ
