About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join the Finance team and play a key role in the day-to-day financial management of the business.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is responsible for monthly reporting, financial controls, transactional finance oversight, and team leadership. The candidate will be supported by the Finance Assistant, and partner closely with stakeholders across the business.
This is a hands-on position suited to a finance professional who enjoys being close to the operation, improving processes, and ensuring finance delivers accurate, timely, and meaningful information to support business performance.

Requirements
We are Looking for:
- 2-3+ years’ experience within a Management Accountant or similar role
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) – preferred, open for candidates who will be taking their exams soon
- Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or product-based environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of management accounting principles, month-end reporting, and financial controls
- ERP system experience
- Solid Excel skills with the ability to analyse and manipulate data effectively
- Confident and accountable personality, with the ability to take ownership and make decisions
- Strong relationship-building skills, collaborative and approachable
- Organised and detail-oriented specialist committed to delivering accurate, timely work
- Proactivity and focus on improvements, with a desire to challenge processes constructively
- Resilience and adaptability
- Professional and trustworthy individual able to communicate effectively at all levels
