Location: Remote after training. Training must take place in-person in Centralia, WA. Â

Pay:Â $28.92 - $42.96
(Pay is determined based on years of experience)Â

Licensed Practical Nurse Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Pre-Surgical Screening department, you will be responsible for triaging patients to ensure prompt identification of those with high-risk conditions. You will also play a vital role in clearing patients for surgery by ensuring they meet the requirements established by anesthesia. This will involve performing phone evaluations, conferring with physicians, and scheduling in-person anesthesia evaluations when needed.Â
This is a work from home role; however, employees are required to be a resident of Washington State and must complete a 4–6-week training period in Olympia, WA.Â
Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited state Board of Nursing program.Â
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Washington.Â
- At least one year of clinical nursing experience.Â
- Current Basic Life Support Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.Â
