What You'll Do Greet every customer with a smile and genuine willingness to help Lead customers to products and provide expert guidance on their projects Load lumber and yard products into customer vehicles and verify against their invoice Inspect returns and create accurate return slips for cashiers Handle customer complaints with empathy; escalate or document when needed Hel unload deliveries and stock products in correct yard locations Operate forklift and fill propane tanks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment Stay current on monthly ads and direct customers to specials Wear a radio and communicate proactively with the team Follow all safety procedures and recommend improvements Support new hire training and attend monthly store meetings Who You Are A team player who takes customer service seriously. You don't avoid customers, you seek them out.
