In this position, you will provide and direct physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders. We welcome seasoned, experienced PTs to apply for this position, as well as new grads.   ABOUT THE COMMUNITY   Sharon Care Center is located in beautiful Centralia, close to Portland, just a short drive to Olympia or the scenic Washington coast. We provide our customers with the systems, compliance oversight, staff training, MDS optimization, and management they need to run a successful program.
