Hourly salary of $49.68+/hour. We're hiring for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We offer $4/hour evening differentials and $3/hour night differentials. We offer an additional $1/hour on weekends.  The schedule includes rotating weekends - 5 (8-hour shifts)/week. Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Centralia Correctional Facility located in Centralia, Illinois. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.
