Job Description:

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Centralia, WA | 2026-2027 School Year 

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Centralia, Washington. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting. New to schools? No problem — we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:

  • Location: Centralia, WA

  • Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based

  • Schedule: Full time M-F

  • School Year: 2026-2027

  • Start Date: August 2026-June 2027

  • In-person only

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a 7–12 school setting

  • Conduct evaluations and write reports

  • Develop and implement IEP goals

  • Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families

  • Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)

  • Washington ESA Certification required (or willingness to acquire)
