Job Description:

Designs, researches, and develops highly advanced applications, which may result in new product/business opportunities for the company. Participates in efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings. Leads a project team performing a variety of engineering tasks related to the design, development, integration, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems. Applies extensive experience to oversee team effort and provide analyses and assessments of system requirements, processes, and methodologies enabling total system integration and performance while meeting cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Recognized expert within the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.

  • Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative

  • Works with minimal/limited consultative direction toward predetermined long-range plans and objectives

  • Provides advice and counsel to the organization in area of expertise

  • Applies experience toward establishing long-range plans and objectives

  • Leads a technically and experientially contrasted team

  • Designs, researches and develops highly advanced applications which contribute to new product/business opportunities

  • Participates in efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical/scientific discipline specifically related to area of specialty and a minimum of 10+ years of related professional experience

  • TS/SCI is required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Requires knowledge of one or more platforms and operating systems and of programming languages such as C and C++

  • Experience leading a team

  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.





 

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​
