As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for presenting and selling the value of the CARFAX Law Enforcement Solutions to Police and Sheriff’s departments nationally.  The Inside Sales Consultant position offers the opportunity to work for an industry leader that rewards hard work with solid base salary, monthly commissions, contests and incentives. B2B Sales Representative is one of the best ways to prove you've got what it takes to close deals and control your earning potential. If you have an outgoing personality, enjoy engaging with people and are looking to see your hard work convert to real-time income, this role is perfect for you.

At CARFAX, we believe in the power of teamwork and value in-person interactions so that we can collaborate and thrive together. This position will require 3 days in the Centreville office per week, but this is subject to change with future business needs. 

What you'll be doing:   
  • Engage in high volume phone calls each day to existing customers. 
  • Manage your dedicated territory as your own business to generate the income you want.
  • Help potential customers understand benefits of CARFAX
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly performance metrics and individual/team goals 
  • Diagnose customer problems and provide technical solutions 
  • Be a part of collaborative team that supports and motivates each other and makes work fun.
What we're looking for:   
  • 1+ years prior B2B sales experience required 
  • Grit, fearlessness, self-motivation, and a love for closing deals 
  • Thrives in a challenging environment with a “hunter” mentality 
  • Ability to articulate value proposition and address concerns.
  • Ability to connect with decision makers and influence others 
  • Be willing and able for travel on quarterly basis
