Project Chesapeake is seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator / Specimen Collection Coordinator to join their team.
The role involves observing and collecting urine specimens, ensuring they are sent for testing undamaged, and completing necessary paperwork.

The position requires a commitment to HIPAA compliance at all times and offers part-time hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour.

Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & professional, part-time, Operations Coordinator / Specimen Collection Coordinator to join our team!

Hours:

Part-time
Monday & Wednesday - 9:00am - 7:00pm

Responsibilities include:

Observe & collect urine specimens in a respectful & confidential manner.
Send all specimens for testing in a manner that ensures that they arrive undamaged & untainted.
Submits any required paperwork associated with specimen collection / data entry into our EMR system.
Maintain office cleanliness on a daily basis.
Complete other operations related tasks as delegated by the Program Coordinator.

Qualifications include:

Possess sound judgement, professionalism, & compassion for client care.
Excellent documentation & communication skills.
Understanding & full compliance with HIPAA at all times.

Pay:

$17.00/hr.
