Prudential Overall Supply Distribution Center (Uniform Company) is looking for Order Fulfillment Operators for our uniform Distribution Center.

Duties Include:

Process/Fulfill customer orders - We will train you!

Work Schedule: The company will choose the start time of the candidates if hired.

Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts. We have a total of 9 different shifts starting at 3 am to 11:30 am through 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Great hours for those going to school or for individuals wanting to spend more time with family and friends. This is a full-time position, not seasonal. Proud of our stability of more than 94 years.

Qualifications & Requirements

MUST be able to work from Mon-Fri between 3 AM to 5 PM
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience with embroidery, sewing, textile production, or similar equipment required.
Must know how to operate “Barudan” and/or “Tajima” single/multi head machines
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn embroidery software and equipment.
Ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures.
Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to frequently use hands and fingers for repetitive and detailed tasks.
Ability to bend, reach, and move materials throughout the work area.
Ability to lift and carry materials as required for the position (up to 50lbs.)
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
