Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the operational leadership and oversight of the Talent Acquisition function while maintaining an active requisition load. This role blends operational alignment with hands-on recruiting expertise, delivering both strategic oversight and direct hiring impact across all service lines.

Qualifications

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee daily recruiting operations across telehealth, home health, and clinic service lines, ensuring hiring strategies support workforce growth and organizational priorities. The Manager will build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and clinical leaders, advising on market conditions, compensation alignment, interview effectiveness, and hiring decisions to ensure consistency and quality across the selection process.

In addition to leading and developing recruiters and coordinators, balancing workload distribution, and strengthening sourcing strategies for high-demand therapy markets, this individual will personally carry a requisition load focused on clinical and hard-to-fill roles. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation, maintaining active pipelines of licensed clinicians, standardizing structured interview practices, maximizing ATS functionality within SmartRecruiters, and continuously improving both candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • 2+ years of team leadership or lead recruiter experience preferred.

  • Experience using SmartRecruiters or a comparable ATS platform required.
