The company specializes in screen printing, embroidery, and branded merchandise, and manages custom online stores that allow groups to sell and distribute apparel efficiently. The team focuses on strong client relationships, quality production, and reliable delivery. The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships from initial inquiry through order completion. This role works closely with customers to understand their apparel and promotional product needs, coordinates with internal design and production teams, and ensures all orders are accurate and delivered on time. The Account Manager plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction, supporting repeat business, and managing custom online store projects.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients including schools, teams, and organizations
  • Manage the full order lifecycle from quote preparation to final delivery
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure artwork meets client expectations and production requirements
  • Coordinate with production staff including screen printing and embroidery teams to meet deadlines
  • Set up and manage client specific online stores for group ordering and fundraising campaigns
  • Communicate order details, timelines, and updates clearly with clients
  • Review orders for accuracy including sizing, quantities, artwork, and product selection
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, orders, and project details using company systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of custom apparel, promotional products, or printing processes is a plus
  • Proficiency with standard office software and web based systems; experience with e-commerce platforms is beneficial
  • Comfortable using computers, order management systems, and communication tools daily
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with design and production teams
