Bilingual Front Office Staff

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | No Weekends or Holidays

Keystone Behavioral Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Bilingual Front Office Staff member to join our team.

This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy behavioral health practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent time management and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and compassionate manner

  • Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars

  • Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining necessary authorizations

  • Updating patient demographic and insurance information

  • Collecting copays and other patient payments

  • Answering and directing telephone calls

  • Checking patients in and out for appointments

  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality

  • Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned
     

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Previous medical office experience preferred

  • Strong computer and customer service skills

  • Bilingual Skills: Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish language is required.
