Sonic Summary

The Clinical Manager position in Family Birthing Services requires prior nursing leadership experience and a minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, with NICU experience preferred.
This role is based in a 14-bed LDRP unit and involves overseeing family-centered maternity and newborn care for approximately 1,800 births annually.
The position includes a sign-on bonus potential and offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours for three weeks and 48 hours for one week in a four-week cycle, with 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the Nurse Manager by directing professional and support staff on the nursing care unit.
The role also includes the provision of required training programs such as the Neonatal Resuscitation Program and AWHONN Fetal monitoring.

Clinical Manager - Family Birthing Services experience required; NICU experience preferred. (Sign-on bonus potential); Nursing Leadership experience.

14-bed LDRP unit. Required Neonatal Resuscitation Program will be provided, AWHONN Fetal monitoring, basic and intermediate provided, ACLS
14-bed overflow/postpartum unit
OB/GYN and CNM providers
Provides family-centered maternity and newborn care
Approximately 1,800 births annually
Level II NICU
Staffed with Lactation Consultants
RN Fellowship Program for non OB experience RNs
Full time (36 for 3 weeks and 48 for 1 week each 4-week schedule)
Shift: 7pm-7am (12-hour night)
