Customer Service Representative – Nitterhouse Masonry Products (Chambersburg, PA)

What You’ll Do
- Assist contractors, masons, and homeowners in-store and by phone
- Provide product information, guidance, and support for a wide range of masonry and building materials
- Prepare estimates for projects, including material needs and costs
- Accurately enter and process customer orders in our system
- Maintain excellent customer service and help ensure smooth daily store operations

Requirements
 What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability during day shift hours, including Saturdays
