Keystone Pediatrics

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Keystone Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and motivated LPN to join our growing team.

We are a fast-paced, expanding Community Health Center dedicated to improving the health and wellness of the families in our community. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a busy pediatric office setting.
 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing patient phone calls and clinical messages
  • Requesting and tracking medical records for new patients
  • Referral coordination and tracking
  • Lab and diagnosis tracking
  • Completing medication prior authorizations as needed
  • Assisting and floating to support other nursing staff when necessary
  • Supporting providers and patients in a collaborative team environment
     

Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania LPN license
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous office nursing experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
