Concordia at SpiriTrust – Luther Ridge is hiring compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team. Pay up to $19.70 per hour. Our smaller Personal Care setting allows you to provide personalized care while working alongside dedicated coworkers who share your commitment to residents.

What You'll Do as a Resident Assistant:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining
• Support daily living activities including laundry, housekeeping, and transportation to activities
• Respond promptly to resident needs
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Follow resident care, safety, and infection control procedures

Qualifications of a Resident Assistant

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Active PA Nurse Aide Registry status is a plus but NOT required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
