PTAs and COTAs deliver individualized treatment to help our skilled nursing residents and patients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities - supporting our residents’ and short-term rehab patients’ recovery, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities of PTAs and COTAs:

• Collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team and provides family and caregiver education to improve patient quality of life
• Submits timely and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
