  • Individualized, comprehensive orientation program which includes the Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO), EKG Class; ACLS certification and NIHSS certification.
  • Dynamic Preceptors throughout your orientation program, individualized for each new candidate
  • Leadership presence on every shift.
