Keystone Health is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through the highest standards of pharmaceutical services. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team!

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.

• Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.

• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.

• Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.

• Current CPR certification.

• Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving history.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
