Job Description

Domino's Pizza in Champaign, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 55 E GREEN ST location. As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting our busy pizza restaurant operations.

  • Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person
  • Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
  • Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Qualifications
