In this hands-on manufacturing role, you’ll operate, inspect, and maintain high-speed lining equipment to ensure the production of safe, high-quality closures used by popular food and beverage brands.

What We Offer:

Pay range $23.31 - $25.91 per hour
Schedule: 2-2-3 with every other weekend off – Friday - Sunday
Hours: 12-hour night, 5:45 am – 6:00 pm

What You Will Do:

Reset and calibrate vision systems at start of each shift
Verify all materials align with the daily production schedule
Use precision tools to take and record closure measurements
Perform visual quality inspections on closures
Monitor control panels and detect equipment jams or malfunctions
Make mechanical adjustments and repairs to equipment
Make basic mechanical adjustments and minor repairs as needed
Document production performance and communicate with the next shift
Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work individually in a fast-paced production environment
