Overview

The Policy Coordinator maintains the organization's policies and procedures. Coordinator is responsible for tracking policy and procedure compliance for the Quality, Accreditation and Reporting Department.

Responsibilities

Manages policy and procedure review cycle to ensure documents are reviewed per policy Trains end users how to manage documents utilizing the policy software system. Tracks policy and procedure compliance. Assists the Accreditation & ISO Supervisor with survey-related activities including: document preparation, data collection and internal auditing. Assists with process improvement as it relates to document management across the system Communicates policy updates to staff and leaders Prepares, maintains, and/or distributes policy compliance reports.

Salary Range

The compensation range for this position is $29.1per hour - $50.05per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
