Description

Brothers Bar & Grill, Champaign, IL has an immediate opening for a full-time, Kitchen Manager for our newest Brothers Bar & Grill location. The Kitchen Manager works closely with the entire management team to provide outstanding guest experiences and a positive work environment for all team members. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management and assuring outstanding menu preparation. The selected applicant must be available to travel to one of our current locations for training of our brand menu items and kitchen operation processes in advance of the new store opening.


Salary: $54,000-$56,000 per year

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years kitchen management or supervision


• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems and inventory software

• Full understanding of inventory control, labor management, safety management and product purchasing

• Detail oriented and well developed time management skills

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to coach, train and teach co-workers

• Must be able to lift up to least 50 pounds
