Job Description
The Kinetic Group is a world leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of small caliber ammunition under the iconic brands B&P, CCI, Federal Premium, Fiocchi, HEVI-Shot, Remington and Speer. As the Quality Associate (Gunner), you will be responsible for measuring and controling quality levels of both in-process components and finished product by utilizing existing gages, computerized data collection equipment, ballistic test equipment and personal computers. Provide technical support and written reports to Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Services, and Product Development staff.
SHIFT Q: 7:00pm-7:00am Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday plus OT as needed. Training will be held on 1st shift for the first 8 weeks

Familiarity with Firearms
You might have:
Post High School Education.
Experience in the product lines where the opening exists.
Experience, Knowledge, and Understanding of current inspection/ballistics test methods, procedures, and equipment.
Understanding of SPC methods.
Data Entry experience.
Experience in a quality control/product validation position.
Work Environment:
Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
Pay Range:
$24.62 - $35.77The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
